Section 41.85. Impaired professional program

When the Board takes disciplinary or corrective action against a psychologist under section 8(a) of the act (63 P. S. § 1208(a)), for conduct prohibited by § § 41.8141.83 (relating to sexual intimacies with a former client/patient, or an immediate family member of a former client/patient) the psychologist will not be eligible for placement into an impaired professional program in lieu of disciplinary or corrective actions.
