The following fees are charged for the issuance of permits under this subchapter:
(1) Unrestricted permit.
(i) Initial $100
(ii) Renewal $210
(iii) Temporary $100
(2) Restricted permit I.
(i) Initial $100
(ii) Renewal $210
(iii) Temporary $100
(3) Restricted permit II.
(i) Initial $15
(ii) Renewal $53
(iii) Temporary $15
