The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the content clearly indicates otherwise:

Act—The Auctioneer and Auction Licensing Act (63 P. S. § § 734.1—734.34).

Board—The State Board of Auctioneer Examiners.

The provisions of this § 1.3 adopted July 7, 1989, effective July 8, 1989, 19 Pa.B. 2951.
