Section 13.306. Confidentialitywaived

To protect children from abuse, the reporting requirements of § § 13.30213.304 (relating to suspected child abusemandated reporting requirements; photographs, medical tests and X-rays of child subject to report; and suspected death as a result of child abusemandated reporting requirement) take precedence over the provisions in § 13.201 (relating to professional responsibilities) and any other client confidentiality, ethical principles or professional standards that might otherwise apply.
