Chapter 213. Prevailing Wage Appeals Board |
Section 213.4. Content of appeals

(a) This subsection governs appeals from final determinations of the Board in a proceeding under section 8 or 11 of the act (43 P. S. § § 165-8 and 165-11).
(b) Appeals to the Board shall:
(1) Contain the full caption of the proceeding before the Secretary.
(2) State that the party is appealing the Secretarys determination to the Board.
(3) List the date of the Secretarys determination.
(4) Briefly list the grounds for appeal or objections to the Secretarys determination.
(5) Contain a prayer for relief.
(6) Be signed by a party or the partys attorney.
(7) Contain a certificate of service.
(c) The following format is suggested for appeals:
