Section 1031.14. Civil money penalty for practicing without a license or certification

(a) Operating an EMS agency without a license. The Department may impose a civil money penalty of up to $5,000 per day upon a person who owns or operates an EMS agency in this Commonwealth without having a license to operate that EMS agency.
(b) Practicing as an EMS provider without a certification. The Department may impose a civil money penalty of up to $1,000 per day upon a person who provides EMS without an EMS providers certification or other legal authority to provide EMS.
