This chapter applies to hospitals which provide obstetrical or neonatal infant care, or both. The Department recognizes the following levels of neonatal care:
(1) Level I: (Normal Neonatal).
(2) Level II: (Neonatal Intermediate/Intensive Care).
(3) Level III: (Neonatal Intensive Care).
