Section 5.101. Purpose

The purpose of § § 5.1015.104 (relating to equipment to determine blood alcohol content under the Vehicle Code and the Fish and Boat Code) is to satisfy the requirements of 75 Pa.C.S. § 1547(c) and (k) and 30 Pa.C.S. § 5125(c) and (k) (relating to chemical testing to determine amount of alcohol or controlled substance).
