Section 279.122. Plan for recycled materials collection center

An application for a facility that will be receiving waste after September 26, 1990, including the expansion of an existing facility, shall include a plan consistent with § 283.282 (relating to recycling materials collection center).

The provisions of this § 279.122 adopted October 9, 1992, effective October 10, 1992, 22 Pa.B. 5105.
