Section 297.110. Waste reclamation plan

If waste reclamation is proposed, an application shall contain a waste reclamation plan under § 297.243 (relating to waste reclamation) that includes the following information:
(1) Quality control specifications for the waste to be received, including acceptable ranges of concentrations of active ingredients, useful constituents, and contaminants or deleterious ingredients.
(2) Uses and markets for reclaimed materials, including quality specifications for the materials in the use or market.
(3) How resulting materials that are not used or approved for beneficial use will be managed as waste.
