The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the meaning given to them in 30 CFR 56.2 (relating to definitions), unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Berm.
(2) Competent person.
(3) Face or bank.
(4) Flammable.
(5) Mobile equipment.
(6) Multipurpose dry-chemical fire extinguisher.
(7) Roll protection.
(8) Scaling.
