Section 171.16. Bathing places

The construction, modification, maintenance, and operation of any bathing place in a school shall be subject to the provisions of the Public Bathing Law (35 P. S. § § 672680d) and 28 Pa. Code Chapter 18 (relating to swimming and bathing places).
