Section 145.81. Opt-in source general provisions

Except as otherwise provided, a NO_x budget opt-in unit shall be treated as a NO_x budget unit for purposes of applying § § 145.1—145.7, 145.10—145.14, 145.30, 145.31, 145.40—145.43, 145.50—145.57, 145.60—1245.62 and 145.70—145.76.
