Section 507.16. Trespass

(a) A person who violates this chapter, disregards instructions or warnings given by, or interferes with a System police officer or university employe or official may be ordered to leave the facility by the facilitys chief executive officer or a designee.
(b) Refusal to leave a facility after receiving an order to leave from the chief executive officer or a designee constitutes an act of criminal trespass under 18 Pa.C.S. § 3503 (relating to criminal trespass).
