Section 51.107. School name

Under 54 Pa.C.S. § § 301332 (relating to the Fictitious Names Act), it is unlawful for a school to operate or advertise under a corporate or fictitious name, unless the name is registered by filing an application with the Department of State. The registered school name shall also be filed with the Board.
