Section 9.31. Standards

The Secretary will develop standards and specifications for media equipment, including electronic and nonelectronic, to be purchased with Federal and Commonwealth funds appropriated for the media equipment. These standards shall apply to media equipment purchased by public schools, nonpublic schools and publicly-supported colleges and universities of this Commonwealth.
