Section 9.25. Regional Educational Broadcasting Councils

A Regional Educational Broadcasting Council shall be a nonprofit corporation established, with the approval of the Secretary for the purposes of:
(1) Establishing and coordinating educational broadcasting program needs.
(2) Improving use of educational radio and television.
(3) Evaluating the effectiveness of educational radio and television.
(4) Procuring program services necessary for educational broadcasting.
