Section 903. Subscribing Witnesss Testimony

A subscribing witnesss testimony is necessary to authenticate a writing only if required by the law of the jurisdiction that governs its validity.
Comment This rule is identical to F.R.E. 903. There are no laws in Pennsylvania requiring the testimony of a subscribing witness to authenticate a writing.
