Section 101.5. Briefing

(a) Within thirty (30) days of the filing of the record as required in Section 101.4(a), the appellant shall file ten (10) copies of the appellants brief with the Reviewing Court, shall serve one (1) copy on the Court of Judicial Discipline and shall serve two (2) copies on the appellee.
(b) Within thirty (30) days of the filing of appellants brief, the appellee shall file ten (10) copies of the appellees reply brief with the Reviewing Court, shall serve one (1) copy on the Court of Judicial Discipline and shall serve two (2) copies on the appellant.
