Section 69.415. Reporting of Opinions; Adoption of Trial Court Opinions

  • When a reported opinion of the court, whether per curiam or signed by a judge, adopts the trial court’s opinion in its entirety, the opinion shall cite a publication containing the trial court opinion when possible; the citation may be to a reporter in which the trial court opinion has been published or to District & County Reports, if publication of the trial court opinion in that reporter is anticipated. If the opinion of this court so adopting a trial court opinion is unreported, the opinion shall include a reporter citation with respect to the trial court opinion only if it has in fact been reported in a publicatio n.
