The Court Administrator of Pennsylvania reports that the percentage change in the Philadelphia-Wilmington-Atlantic City, PA-NJ-DE-MD, Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the 12-month period ending October 2015, was negative 0.5 percent (-0.5%).
