Section 93.147. Notification of suspension or inactivation

Where administrative suspension is ordered under this Subchapter, the attorney shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 91 Subchapter E (relating to formerly admitted attorneys). Public notice of such administrative suspension shall clearly state that suspension was ordered for failure to file the required annual form and pay the required annual fee, or for failure to comply with § 93.112 (relating to failure to pay taxed expenses).
