Enforcement Rule 208(d)(2)(i) provides that in the event that the Board determines that a proceeding should be dismissed, it shall so notify the respondent-attorney. In such event the Office of the Secretary shall notify the respondent-attorney and staff counsel by means of Form DB-11 (Notice of Dismissal of Formal Proceedings).
