Section 117.55. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Department—The Department of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth.

Fund—The Local Government Capital Projects Loans Fund.

The provisions of this § 117.55 adopted August 21, 1992, effective August 22, 1992, 22 Pa.B. 4315.
