Title 101. GENERAL ASSEMBLY |
PART I. Legislative Reference Bureau |
Subpart B. Legislative Procedure Manual |
Chapter 9. Legislative Documents |
SubChapter B. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS |
Section 9.117. Reverting to prior print
Latest version.
-
If it is desired to restore a bill to its condition in an earlier print, it is not necessary to adopt a new amendment in the house of introduction but it may be accomplished by a motion to restore the bill to a former designated printers number. If the motion is carried the printers number designated will be placed on the calendar for further action, and all subsequent printers numbers of the same bill will become inactive, thus saving considerable time, effort and money in avoiding further reprinting.
