Application for University Status by Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

 Under the act of June 18, 2014 (P. L. 769, No. 67), the Department of Education (Department) is publishing the application by Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine to become a university.

 The Department received notification of the intent to make the change to university status on August 14, 2014. The effective date of the change to university status is January 1, 2015. The Department has reviewed and accepted the notification.
