STATE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION Invitation to Qualify SSHE-FDSS-01-2000; Fire Detection and Sprinkler Systems [30 Pa.B. 5114] The State System of Higher Education (System) seeking to qualify separate prime firms (fire detection/sprinkler systems, and plumbing) to design and install fire detection and sprinkler systems in dormitories throughout the Commonwealth's 14 State owned universities located at Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock and West Chester.
