Title 49--PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL STANDARDS STATE BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE [49 PA. CODE CH. 31] Corrective Amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 31.41 [30 Pa.B. 5017] The State Board of Veterinary Medicine has discovered a discrepancy between the agency text of 49 Pa. Code § 31.41, as deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau and published at 29 Pa.B. 1392 (March 13, 1999), and the official text as published in the May 1999 Pennsylvania Court Reporter (Master Transmittal Sheet No. 294), and as currently appearing in the Pennsylvania Code. An amendment to the cost of a temporary permit was not codified.
Therefore, under 45 Pa.C.S. § 901: The State Board of Veterinary Medicine has deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau a corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 31.41. The corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 31.41 is effective as of May 1, 1999, the date the defective official text was announced in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The correct version of 49 Pa. Code § 31.41 appears in Annex A.
