Ambulatory Surgical Facilities; Requests for Exceptions

 The following ambulatory surgical facility (ASF) is requesting exceptions under 28 Pa. Code § 571.1 (relating to minimum standards). Requests for exceptions under this section relate to minimum standards that ASFs must comply with under the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals and Outpatient Facilities (Guidelines). The following includes the citation to the section under the Guidelines that the ASF is seeking an exception, as well as the publication year of the applicable Guidelines.

Persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the Division at the address listed previously. Comments received by the Department within 10 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
