 Authority to render services as a common carrier in Philadelphia has been filed with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Taxicab and Limousine Division (TLD) by the following applicant. The company has applied to dispatch medallion taxicabs in the City of Philadelphia.

 A-1027203-03. Freedom Taxi Association, LLC, t/a Freedom Taxi, 2351 South Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on July 5, 2011.

 Formal protests must be filed in accordance with 9 PPA Regs. § c.v. (see www.philapark.org). Filings must be made at the offices of TLD to the attention of Charles Milstein, Esq., 2415 South Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148, with a copy served on the applicant by September 23, 2011. Documents filed in support of the applications are available for inspection at the TLD office between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or may be inspected at the business address of the applicant. The protest fee is $2,500 (certified check or money order payable to PPA).
