    Right-to-Know Law; Statement of Policy

     Under section 502(a)(2) of the Right-to-Know Law (65 P. S. § 67.502(a)(2)), as enacted February 14, 2008 (P. L. 6, No. 3), the Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) is charged with designating the open-records officer of each legislative service agency other than the Senate and the House of Representatives. On August 17, 2011, the Legislative Reapportionment Commission (Commission) adopted Resolution No. 2 D—8-17-11 appointing the Ex- ecutive Director of the Legislative Data Processing Center as the open-records officer for the Commission. The Bureau, under section 504(a) of the Right-to-Know Law (65 P. S. § 67.504(a)), amends § 31.2(a)(3) (relating to open-records officers) to read as set forth in Annex A.

    Effective Date

     This statement of policy is effective upon publication.
