Insurance Services Office, Inc.; Homeowners Loss Cost Revision; Rate Filing [42 Pa.B. 6225]
[Saturday, September 29, 2012]On September 14, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Insurance Services Office, Inc. a filing for a proposed loss cost level change for homeowners insurance.
The advisory organization requests an overall 8.5% increase in loss costs effective April 1, 2013.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 14, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
