STATE ETHICS COMMISSION Public Meeting [43 Pa.B. 5785]
[Saturday, September 28, 2013]Under 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 1101—1113 (relating to Public Official and Employee Ethics Act) (act), the State Ethics Commission (Commission) is required to hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent any individual subject to the act and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct a public meeting at the Bedford Springs Resort, 2198 Sweet Root Road, Bedford, PA 15522 on October 9, 2013, beginning at 9 a.m. for purposes of receiving input and for the conduct of other Commission business. Public officials, public employees, organizations and members of the general public may attend.

Written copies of any statement should be provided at the time of the meeting.
