     Permanent authority to render services as a common carrier in the City of Philadelphia has been filed with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Taxicab and Limousine Division (TLD) by the following named applicant. The company has applied to transfer the rights held by Walshie, Inc. (CPC No. 1010254-07) to transport persons in luxury limousine service between points within the City of Philadelphia and from points in the City of Philadelphia to points in Pennsylvania, and return.

    E & M Trans, Inc., 2601 South Muhlfeld Street, Philadelphia, PA 19142, registered with the Commonwealth on July 19, 2012.

     Formal protests must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code Part II (relating to Philadelphia Parking Authority). Filings must be made at the offices of the TLD with the Clerk, 2415 South Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 by October 15, 2013. Documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection at the TLD office (contact Charles Milstein) between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday or may be inspected at the business address of the applicant. The protest fee is $2,500 (certified check or money order payable to PPA).
