    Application for Approval to Acquire Control of OneBeacon Insurance Company and Potomac Insurance Company; Reopening of Public Comment Period

     The Insurance Department (Department) published notice of receipt of the application of Trebuchet US Holdings, Inc. requesting approval to acquire control of OneBeacon Insurance Company, a domestic stock casualty insurance company, and Potomac Insurance Company, a domestic stock casualty insurance company. The notice afforded persons the opportunity to provide written comments on the filing to the Department for a period that expired on April 24, 2013 (see 43 Pa.B. 1157 (February 23, 2013)). Through a subsequent notice, the public comment period was reopened for a period that expired on July 9, 2013 (see 43 Pa.B. 2970 (May 25, 2013)). The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department will again reopen the comment period to afford the public the opportunity to comment on additional filing materials.

     The filing and related materials are available on the Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov.

     Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Department within 60 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party; identification of the application to which the statement is addressed; and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
