[Saturday, September 27, 2014]Public notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Electronic Recording Commission (Commission) established under Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (act) (21 P. S. §§ 483.1—483.9). The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. at the Nittany Lion Inn, Alumni Lounge, 200 West Park Avenue, State College, PA 16803. The purpose of the meeting will be for the Commission to continue consideration of regulations to implement the act.
