       P-2008-2063006. UGI Utilities, Inc.--Electric Division. Petition of UGI Utilities, Inc.--Electric Division, for approval of a Default Service Rate and AEPS Implementation Plan.

       Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided directly to the Administrative Law Judge, on or before October 14, 2008.
