     The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

     The parcel is rectangular in shape consisting of approximately 1.167 acres. Constructed onsite is a two- story office building containing approximately 9,080 square feet of area. The first floor contains one large open room, three separate offices, two half baths, lunch room, equipment room, side room and a finished area that was used for drive through claims. The second floor has no final wall or floor finish. Estimated fair market value is $439,000. Location of property is at 8 Morgan Drive in the Borough of Sinking Spring, Berks County (State Route 0222, Section 003 R/W). The sale of the property is in an as-is condition. Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
