[Saturday, September 24, 2011]Notice is hereby given that James Earl Conley, III, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Texas by Order of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals Appointed by the Supreme Court of Texas dated November 28, 2001, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order on September 8, 2011, disbarring James Earl Conley, III, from the Bar of this Commonwealth retroactive to November 28, 2001. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
