State Farm Fire and Casualty Company; Private Passenger Automobile Rate Revisions; Rate Filing On August 31, 2006, the Insurance Department (Department) received from State Farm Fire and Casualty Company a filing for rate level changes for private passenger automobile insurance.
The company requests an overall 1.6% decrease amounting to -$1.618 million annually, to be effective November 13, 2006, for new business and December 13, 2006, for renewals.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 30, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
