Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company and The First Liberty Insurance Corporation; Private Passenger Auto Insurance Rate Revision; Rate Filing [36 Pa.B. 5943]
[Saturday, September 23, 2006]On August 30, 2006, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company and The First Liberty Insurance Corporation a filing for a proposed rate level change for private passenger auto insurance.
Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company requests an overall 1.82% increase amounting to $2.370 million annually, to be effective December 11, 2006, for new business and January 15, 2007, for renewal business.
The First Liberty Insurance Corporation requests an overall 1.08% increase amounting to $1.102 million annually, to be effective December 11, 2006, for new business and January 15, 2007, for renewal business.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to October 29, 2006, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
