[Saturday, September 23, 2006]Notice is hereby given that Candace Kay Calhoun having been indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the State of Maryland by Opinion and Order of the Court of Appeals of Maryland filed March 9, 2006, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated September 7, 2006, suspending Candace Kay Calhoun from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Opinion of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
