The application requests the approval of the abandonment of seven crossings where Conrail's Weirton Secondary from MP 26.7 to MP 35.7 intersects various roadways with four at-grade crossings and three under-grade separated crossings, Sub. No. 1132X, LC 402206, Washington County.
An initial hearing upon this proceeding will be held Wednesday, December 4, 1996, at 10 a.m. in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when persons may appear and be heard.
