The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding with the Pennsylvania Social Services Union covering approximately 1,700 professional and nonprofessional employes in the first-level supervisory Social and Rehabilitative Services Unit, certified by the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board in Case No. PERA-R- 2353-C.
