Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents will be available and open to public inspection at the Administration Building. Copies may be purchased upon payment of $55 per set by check or P. O. Money Order (No Cash) to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. Attention: Secretary-Treasurer's Office, P. O. Box 67676, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7676. (Do not add State tax). No refund for any reason will be made for plans, specifications and contract documents.
A Prequalification Certification and Maximum Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Committee of the Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
