Railroad With Hearing [27 Pa.B. 4888] A-00111430. Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code, requesting to reconstruct the existing railroad bridge #6.68 over Tabor Road (AAR 592 556 A) and to rehabilitate the existing railroad bridge #6.44 over 10th Street (AAR 592 557 G), both located in the City of Philadelphia, and allocation of costs thereof.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Tuesday, October 14, 1997, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, 13th Floor, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interests may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
