Railroad With Hearing [27 Pa.B. 4887] A-00112971. Consolidated Rail Corporation. An application has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code, requesting the abolition of 16 crossings where Consolidated Rail Corporation's former Carnegie Secondary (Weirton) between MP 11.0 and MP 26.7 intersects various roadways with eight at-grade crossings, two overhead crossings and six under-grade crossings, SUB NR 1148, Pittsburgh Division RDBR 40-2206, in Allegheny and Washington Counties.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Wednesday, October 29, 1997, at 10 a.m. in the 11th Floor Hearing Room, Pittsburgh State Office Building, 300 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
