A complaint has been made to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, under the provisions of Public Utility Code, requesting Consolidated Rail Corporation to alleviate unsafe condition of retaining wall and other problems as well as pay the Borough for costs incurred in cleaning up a crumbling retaining wall.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Wednesday, November 5, 1997, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Ground Floor, North Office Building, North Street and Commonwealth Avenue, Harrisburg, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
