Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company; Homeowners [27 Pa.B. 4885] On September 3, 1997, the Insurance Department received from Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for homeowners' insurance.
The company requests an overall 4.1% increase amounting to $440,000 annually, to be effective January 24, 1998.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to November 2, 1997, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing will be available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Candice Backlarz, Insurance Department, Bureau of Regulation of Rates and Policies, Room 1311, Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
