FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Designation of Exclusive Use Fishing Area [36 Pa.B. 5658]
[Saturday, September 2, 2006]The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes--exclusive use fishing areas), designates the following water area as being for the exclusive use of children. This designation will go into effect on January 1, 2007.
